Some piccys of some Pollock when Stan had in a couple hours fishing from a boat on Monday out of Camel Estuary .All taken # 8 rods,fast sinking lines and baitfish patterns. 23 pollock taken to 6.5lb Real rodbending action. Why did we ever use 50lb class rods 30 years ago??
Flies used were from the TURRALL stable with a Clouser Deceiver 2/0 on the point and a Juvenille 2/0
on the dropper. The point fly is heavily weighted and helps to get down deep.
